Who we are
Winchester HVAC is a trade name of Michael Capital LLC, 9 N Loudoun St, 3rd Floor, Winchester, VA 22601.
What we collect
When you call, text, send the form or message us through the chat on this site, we keep your name, phone number, email if you give one, the address the work is at, and what you tell us about the system. That is what it takes to schedule a visit, quote the work and follow up on it.
How it is used
To schedule and perform the work, to send the estimate and the invoice, to confirm appointments, and to follow up on a visit. We do not sell it and we do not rent it.
Text messages
If you check a consent box on our form, or give us your mobile number through the chat on this site and agree to texts, Winchester HVAC may text you about scheduling and appointment reminders, your estimate, your invoice and updates on the work. We only text seasonal offers and service reminders if you separately agree to marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us. The full text messaging terms are in our terms and conditions.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who sees it
The people who schedule and do the work, and the software we use to run the business: our scheduling and messaging system, our website host, and our accounting tools. Each one only gets what it needs for its job. We share it with nobody else unless the law requires it.
The website
The site uses basic analytics to see which pages get read. The contact form and the chat both run on our scheduling system, and the form is protected by a bot check. There are no visitor accounts and no comments.
Keeping it
Job records are kept as long as we need them for warranty, tax and accounting purposes. Ask and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete what we are not required to keep.
